Jockey Koshi Kumar, the rider of CONFIDENT GAME was fined Rs.2,000/- for not maintaining a straight course in the final 300 Metres of the race. 

Jockey Saqlain S, the rider of FERRETTI reported that his saddle shifted back in the straight. After due examination of the equipment after the race, which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was fined Rs.10,000/- for this negligence and this being the second instance of faulty saddling on the same horse during the season. 

It was observed that OASIS (Rajesh K) ran detached after rounding the final bend. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was advised to ensure better performance of his charge in future. 

An objection was lodged by Jockey Saqlain S, the rider of FERRETTI placed fourth by the Judge against Jockey L Alex Rozario, the rider of AABUSHAN placed second by the Judge, for “After 300 Metres, rider of AABUSHAN was whipping on the right and taking me out as I was travelling right behind him I had to ride it on check after the 300 Metres I would have finished ahead”. The Stewards examined the Jockeys concerned, viz., Jockey Saqlain S and Jockey L Alex Rozario. After repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the race in question and after due deliberations, the Stewards decided to overrule the objection.

Subsequent to the Objection being overruled by the Stewards, Jockey L Alex Rozario, the rider of AABUSHAN was fined Rs. 2,000/- for not maintaining a straight course, in the final 150 Metres of the race.
