Likith Appu, dr.4) rushed into the front gates twice after being stalled, as such, the gelding was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O., who certified him fit to race .Trainer Imtiaz A Sait has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

BEAT THE HEAT (App. Haridas Gore, dr.1) took a fly jump at the start.  
 
EXCITING (C. Umesh, dr.6) lost about a length at the start, jumped outwards and had to be steadied.
 
Approaching the 1000 metres, JOHNNY MAC (Vivek G.) leaned inwards onto BEAT THE HEAT (App. Haridas Gore) who had to be steadied. Jockey Vivek G. has been cautioned.   
 
After the race, TYRANNUS was trotted and found to be sound.
 
After the race, SASEKA was trotted and found to be sound but was observed to have an injury on right fore fetlock.
 
The Equine hospital reported that EXCITING had left eye injury (sore).
