Explanation of Jockey H M Akshay (CLASSICAL MUSIC) that he lost his whip at about the 200 mtrs accidentally, was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded for losing his whip at the crucial juncture of the race.
 
Explanation of Trainer Magan Singh Parmar with regard to the improved performance of his charge PANCHO (B. Nikhil) winner of the race, who finished off board in the previous runs that he too was surprised with the running of his charge and opined that this race being an age group race, weaker bunch of runners as compared to the previous race, the Jockey was able to position his mount as instructed and just managed to win the race. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge and was available at longer odds was not accepted and the Trainer was fined a sum of Rs.5000/- for improved performance of his charge in a short span of time.
 
SOORYA VAHAN (Santosh Raj N R) trailed the field throughout the race and finished the course distance behind inspite of Jockeys efforts. Trainer K. Robin Reddy was advised for a better performance in future.
