Consequent to Jockey Gaurav Singh having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted Jockey H M Akshay to be substituted on MAHROSH.
 
Explanation of Jockey B R Kumar (YUVRAJ) that his mount was fractious inside the stalls and jumped out awkwardly resulting in him getting unbalanced in the saddle and got dislodged. The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid escaped unhurt. As this incident being purely accidental, no action beyond noting the same was taken.
 
Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (MAURITIUS) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 2000/- for tender handling of his mount throughout the race.
 
Explanation of Jockey G. Naresh (BEAST MASTER) trailed the field throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted.   Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was advised for a better performance in future.
 
Explanation of Jockey Neeraj Rawal (EMERALD TOUCH) that his instructions were to position 2nd/3rd which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort his mount took over the running and dropped back in the final 100 mtrs inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer N. Rawal, was noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of Jockey H M Akshay (MAHROSH) that he was denied an opening at about the 300 mtrs as such he was forced shift out at about the 250 mtrs to make his move was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 5000/- for tender handling of his mount for greater part of the race and also for shifting out at about the 300 mtrs, in the process causing inconvenience to REAL THALAIVAA (Mohit Singh).
