Racing Incidents

On arrival in the paddock, it was observed that Jockey Prashant P. Dhebe (EMBER TOWER) was sporting the incorrect racing colors, as such, Jockey Prashant P. Dhebe was permitted to wear the emergency racing colors i.e. “ALL BLACK”.

DELSTAR (C. S. Jodha, dr.5) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

ROSALIA (P. Trevor, dr.7) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer Aman Altaf Hussain has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

Approaching the 900 metres, WESTERN STAR (App. Mustakim Alam) shifted in thereby inconveniencing DELSTAR (C. S. Jodha) and DON JULIO (App. Haridas Gore) causing both horses to be steadied. App. Mustakim Alam has been cautioned.

After the race, App. Mustakim Alam (WESTERN STAR) reported that his mount lugged-out in the final stages of the race.
