Racing Incidents

SHAH OF IRAN was observed to have developed capped elbow on left fore, as such the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
 
Consequent To   b m (9 Years)  MISS MARVELLOUS   having won A Race On Sunday, 23rd February, 2025, as per Clause (5) of the General Conditions of Prospectus of Hyderabad Winter Races 2024-2025, the Mare Is not eligible to run on Second Extra Day, Wednesday, 26th February, 2025.  As such the Mare was permitted to be withdrawn in this Race.
 
Explanation of Trainer M F Ali Khan with regard to the improved performance of his charge TIGER RUBY ( P, Uday Kiran) winner of the race who finished off board in the previous runs, that his charge previous to this run, ran only twice under his charge.  In the 1st run the gelding was fractious in the gates and jumped out without the Jockey as such the gelding was given 3 to 4 jump outs to restore the SSC and ran in Race No. 152.  In the previous run which being a sprint race, his charge could not match strides with the front runners and finished in midfield.  The present race being a mile race, the Jockey could manage to position well up with the field and just managed to win a race.  The Trainer further added that after the previous run, the gelding has improved as such he fancied his charge was not accepted and the Trainer was fined a sum of Rs. 10,000/- for the reversal of form in respect of his charge in a short span of time.
 
Jockey R S Bhati (HAWK WING) was fined Rs. 2000/- for shifting in at about the 1200 mtrs in the process causing interference to CARAXES (P. Sai Kumar).
 
CARAXES (P. Sai Kumar) returned lame on left fore probably due to shoulder sprain.
 
TIGER RUBY ( P, Uday Kiran) winner of the race is sampled.
