Racing Incidents

TIGER SHARK arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. As Tr. Neil Darashah has earlier been warned and fined for late arrival of his charges, he has now been fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/-.

SENSATIONAL was slow to begin.

Post race veterinary examination of IVANHOE on the evening of 27th February, 2025 revealed that the gelding was lame on its left fore. Tr. Rutherford Alford was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

STAR JUSTICE was observed to drop back passing the 1400 metres for no apparent reason resulting in FELIX running behind clipping the former and stumbling. Jockey Vishal Bunde was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/- for the same and cautioned to be more careful in future.
 
SALISBURY trailed the field and finished the race detached. Tr. Paramjit S Jubbal has been advised not to accept with his charge until capable of a better performance.
