Tr. Vikash Jaiswal and Jockey Varun when questioned regarding the running of DANCING QUEEN, the Trainer stated that he had instructed the Jockey to position his mount in 4th/5th position and to do his best in the straight. The Jockey while corroborating the instructions, stated that the mare lacked initial speed and was not travelling as he would have liked it too, she could only finish on in the concluding stages of the race. The Stipendiary Stewards not being satisfied with the explanations tendered, Jockey Varun was fined a sum of Rs. 10,000/- for failing to improve position to ride to instructions thereby placing his mount at a disadvantage.

Tr. Sabeel Shariff and Jockey Vishal Bunde when questioned regarding the running of ANGEL LIGHT, the Trainer stated that he had instructed the Jockey to position his mount in 4th/5th position and to do his best in the straight. The Jockey corroborated the instructions and stated that he did his best on his mount. On the morning of 7th March, 2025 ANGEL LIGHT was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on left fore. While Tr. Sabeel Shariff was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer, Jockey Vishal Bunde was informed that he was being let off with just a warning for failing to improve position on his mount in the initial and middle stages of the race as the mare had been reported to be lame.

The Veterinary Officer reported that N R I SECRET and YUVI returned lame on their right and left fores respectively. Trs. Paramjit S Jubbal and Vikash Jaiswal were informed not to accept with their charges until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
