Two objections were lodged in this race.

The first objection was lodged  by Jockey M.S.Deora, the rider of PRESENT SIR placed 5th by the Judge against Jockey  C A Brisson, the rider of ELSA , placed 3rd by the Judge for " Around 150 metres C A Brisson, ELSA  came on to me .I need to check the horse completely and broke his strides or else would have run much better race".

The  Stewards interviewed Jockeys C A Brisson, M.S.Deora, and Inayat . After viewing the CCTV replay of the race several times decided to overrule the objection and the order of placings remained the same as declared by the Judge.

The second objection was lodged by Jockey C A Brisson, the rider of ELSA placed 3rd by the judge against Jockey Inayat , the rider of ALBANNY placed 2nd by the judge for " Last 100 metres ALBANNY interfered badly by which i got unbalanced which costed me my second place in the race".The Stewards interviewed  the Jockeys C A Brisson and Inayat, and after viewing the CCTV replay of the race several times decided to uphold the second objection  and revised the order of placings as below:

4 SIMOLA                                (C Umesh)            -           1st

7 ELSA                                    (C A Brisson)      -              2nd

5 ALBANNY                               (Inayat )            -               3rd

3 RACING LEGEND                 (A S .Peter)      -                 4th

2 PRESENT SIR                      (M.S.Deora)      -                5th

The Stewards at their meeting after the last race,considered the submissions made by Jockey Inayat.After viewing the video recording of the race no 215,not satisfied with the explanation ,where he came in sharply and hampered ELSA (C A Brisson)  on his inside, who in turn went on to PRESENT SIR (M.S.Deora) who was on the rails. The Stewards of the Club deliberated the matter along with the Chief Stipendiary Steward and decided to charge Jockey Inayat for Dangerous riding on his mount ALBANNY, and decided to  suspend Jockey Inayat's licence for two race days of the current Madras Racing Season 2024-2025 ie Sunday,16th March 2025  and Sunday 23rd March 2025. 
 
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner SIMOLA (C Umesh).
