Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was fined Rs. 5,000/- for not obtaining prior permission for the use of Tongue Strap and Cross Nose Band on his charge AATHERV (Akshay Kumar). Subsequently, permission was granted to him to use Tongue Strap and Cross Nose Band on his charge AATHERV.
 
PETITE IMAGE (Koshi Kumar) was examined at the starting gate by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on left fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. Sriram Komandur was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

EDMONTON (Harish B.) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of NIGHT RAIDER reported that the horse had a soft mouth and while easing his mount it threw its head up. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey P. Mani, the rider of MYSTIC CHARM fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.

AATHERV (Akshay Kumar) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
