CITY OF JOY was re-saddled at the start.

CASHALAIKA jumped outwards from the gates.

CITY OF JOY dropped back from about the 400 metres of the race and finished the race detached from the field. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine the filly and submit his report. On examination the filly was found to be trotting sound. Tr. Sabeel Shariff has been advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a mock race.

An enquiry has been opened into the finishing efforts of Apprentice Ankush (DANCING QUEEN). The Veterinary Officer reported that :-
a)    TIGER BLOOD returned lame on left fore. Tr. Sabeel Shariff has been advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
b)    JUST DASH returned with a right hind pastern injury.
