Racing Incidents

Tr. Patrick Quinn informed the Stipendiary Stewards in the parade ring before the race that he had instructed Jockey A Ashhad Asbar (SNOWPIERCER) to ride his charge for eventual speed as it is carrying top weight and he wanted to give the mare a fair chance. While the change of instructions was noted, Tr Patrick Quinn confirmed, when informed that his charge will have to be ridden in similar fashion in her future start as well. SEA EAGLE and OH MY DARLING were slow to begin.
