Racing Incidents

SEA WATERS ( App Darshan.N) burst his blood vessel(EIPH)during the race. Trainer N. Rupa was asked to get her charge certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting next with.

It was observed that the Shadow Roll nose band used on SEA WATERS (App Darshan.N) got displaced during the race. On inspection the equipment was found not in a serviceable condition. After the race, Trainer N. Rupa was called and questioned; she stated that she used the same shadow roll in the first race. When shown the Velcro on one side not holding, she agreed. Trainer N. Rupa was fined Rs 5000/- as per the Racing Calendar for unserviceable equipment.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner BLACK LABEL (C Umesh).
