IMPERADOR (P. Trevor) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Neil B. Devaney (deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mr.Prasanna Kumar) was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day. STALINGRAD (Arvind Kumar. N) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day. THE COMMANDER (K.G. Likith Appu) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day. Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of RANSOMWARE shifted 'in' caused severe interference to the horses on his inside viz; POLE STAR (Vivek.G), KONKRAH (A. Sandesh) and APHELION (Salman Khan) before passing the red marker post. An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey Rajesh Kumar. M. Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of APHELION reported that he lost his left stirrup passing the 1100 Metres, which he regained at about 550 Metres. Jockey Arvind Kumar. N, the rider of STALINGRAD reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race and ran detached from the field. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to be lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was observed that the right rein of KONKRAH (A. Sandesh) had come off during the race approaching 700 Metres as such the rider could not offer any assistance thereafter. After due examination of the equipment, it was found to be in an unserviceable condition. Hence, Jockey A. Sandesh was fined Rs.2,000/-. Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of IMPERADOR was questioned with regard to the riding on his mount in the above race. He stated that he was instructed to ride from a forward position and do his best in the straight which he followed. He also added that his mount had nothing left in it in the final 100 Metres of the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. His explanations were noted for future reference. POLE STAR (Vivek.G) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
