Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha had declared Apprentice Ramswarup on his charge OCEAN. Since Ramswarup was not eligible to ride as per the norms laid down for Apprentice Jockeys. As such, Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha was permitted to change the rider to Apprentice Aditya Waydande on his charge. He has been fined Rs.1,000/- for the  lapse.

On arrival at the starting gate, DIVINE INTUITION was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O., who certified him fit to race.

LORD MURPHY (P. Vinod, dr.10) took a fly jump and lost about two lengths at the start.

DANCING STAR (S. Mosin, dr.11) jumped out slowly and lost about two lengths at the start.

At the start, GOBBY (S. G. Prasad, dr.7) jumped outwards at the same time CINDERELLA’S DREAM (A. Sandesh, dr.9) shifted in under urgings thereby tightening FLASHMAN (T. S. Jodha, dr.8) drawn between them. After questioning all concerned, Jockeys S. G. Prasad and A. Sandesh have been cautioned.

At the start, OCEAN (App. Aditya Waydande, dr.4) jumped outwards onto WIND DANCER (P. Trevor, dr.5) thereafter PRINCE IGOR (B. Nikhil, dr.6) was marginally slow to begin, leaned in and brushed the haunches of WIND DANCER.

At the start, MAJORELLA BLUE (S. J. Sunil, dr.2) jumped outwards onto MARATHA ADMIRAL (N. S. Parmar, dr.3) who was marginally slow to begin.

Soon after the start, Jockey D. R. Shubham (DIVINE INTUITION) shifted in before the red marker. After questioning and not being satisfied, Jockey D. R. Shubham has been fined Rs.2,000/-.

In the straight, Jockey B. Nikhil (PRINCE IGOR) persisted with the whip in the right despite his mount hanging out thereby inconveniencing DANCING STAR (S. Mosin). After questioning and not be satisfied, Jockey B. Nikhil has been fined Rs.2,000/-.

The Stipendiary Stewards are looking into the running and riding of “MOONLIGHT KISS” and a report will be submitted shortly.

After the race, GOBBY was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not permitted to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. As such, the gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.

After the race, DIVINE INTUITION was trotted and found to be sound but was observed to have a gum injury.

After the race, LORD MURPHY and PRINCE IGOR were trotted and found to be sound.

After the race, WIND DANCER was trotted and found to be sound but was observed to have an injury on left hind cannon.

The Equine Hospital reported that GOBBY had left eye injury (sore) with ulcer.
