Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was fined Rs.25,000/- by the Stewards for his negligence in discharge of his duties as a trainer for having accepted his charge PRICELESS PRINCE (A.A. Vikrant) to run in the above race. In that he failed to adhere to withdrawal period of the Medication Rules (“Multi vitamins injection and intravenous Amino Acid (Amino bottles) or Lipids (Lipid bottles) can be given 72 hrs before Race Day with cut- off time being 12 noon”), thereby contravening Rule No. 114 (b) (i) of the B.T.C Rules of Racing.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Irfan Ghatala to withdraw FELISA (Pavan) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left fore. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of LOCKHEED reported that his mount was hanging out from 800 Metres despite his best efforts, thereby he hampered the running of STRAVINSKY (Angad) till about 200 Metres. In view of its repeated behaviour, Trainer Mr. G. Y. Rajesh Babu was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least two Mock Races. However, LOCKHEED (R. Vaibhav) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of THE GOLDEN DREAM was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
