Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was fined Rs.10,000/- for having accepted his charge MONTERIO (S.Hinayathulla) to run in the above race when he was specifically told to show it in a gate practice by the Stipendiary Stewards. Subsequently, permission was granted to him to withdraw MONTERIO.

HIGGS BOSON (Rajesh Kumar M) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V. was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey Darshan R.N, the rider of STAR HONOUR reported that his mount drifting out under pressure in the final 100 Metres.

Jockey Asirvatham, the rider of ECLIPSE PULSE was severely reprimanded in the presence of Master Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali for the undesirable practice of easing his mount in the final 50 Metres.

(A)

An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Stewards into the interference caused by Jockey Shezad Khan, the rider of STENTORIAN in the above race. In that for not exercising sufficient control on his mount, thereby shifting out and causing interference to HIGHLAND DREAM (Imran Chisty) and DOUBLE VISION (Salman Khan) on his outside passing the 200 Metres.

 Jockey Shezad Khan was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey Shezad Khan and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to charge Jockey Shezad Khan for Careless Riding.

The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Shezad Khan on 14/06/2025 as he had pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount STENTORIAN (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Stewards into the interference caused by Jockey Darshan R.N, the rider of STAR HONOUR in the above race. In that he did not maintain a straight course from the start allowed his mount to shift ‘in’, and caused interference to CARAT LOVE (Dharshan Antony.B), which in turn passed it onto EXTRAORDINARY (R. Robert) and ECLIPSE PULSE (Asirvatham) on his inside, STENTORIAN (Shezad Khan) which was travelling directly behind had to be checked by its rider and shifted out bumping THE COMMANDER (Shivam) approaching 1200 Metres.

Jockey Darshan R.N, was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey Darshan R.N, and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to charge Jockey Darshan R.N, for Careless Riding.

The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Darshan R.N, on 14/06/2025 as he had pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount STAR HONOUR (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g STENTORIAN.
