ZORAWAR (R. Vaibhav) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of ZORAWAR was fined Rs.3,000/- for not improving his position from the start till about 500 Metres for no apparent reason.

An enquiry was held on 09-06-2025 by the Stipendiary Stewards into the interference caused by Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of GLOBAL HART in the above race. In that, he pushed his mount recklessly, did not maintain a proper course, cut across the entire field before passing the red marker post. Thereafter, he restrained his mount approaching 900 Metres, when it was full of running, thus he failed to exercise full control over his mount, in the process shifted out causing severe interference to the horses on his outside viz; REFINED AGGRESSION (Vivek.G), TREASURE QUEEN (K. Sai Kiran) and CATCH THE WORM (Shreyas Singh S) passing the 850 Metres.

Jockey Rajesh Kumar M was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey Rajesh Kumar M and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to charge Jockey Rajesh Kumar M for Reckless Riding.

The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Rajesh Kumar M for two (2) race days of BSM 2025 i.e., 21/06/2025 and 22/06/2025 as he had pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Reckless Riding on his mount GLOBAL HART (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

Jockey Vivek.G, the rider of REFINED AGGRESSION was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to the horses on his inside viz; CLAUDE (P.S. Kaviraj) and CATCH THE WORM (Shreyas Singh S) approaching 200 Metres.

Jockey Shreyas Singh S, the rider of CATCH THE WORM was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing CLAUDE (P.S. Kaviraj) on his outside passing the 200 Metres.
GLOBAL HART (Rajesh Kumar M) sustained superficial injuries on right knee and right hind cannon.

TREASURE QUEEN (K. Sai Kiran) sustained superficial injury on right hock.
