Trainer Mr.Darius R. Byramji was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colors at the scales in respect of his charge DONCASTER BELLE (S. Saqlain). Subsequently All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

HIGGS BOSON (Angad) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Narayana Gowda V. was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of SUPERCHARGE was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to TURKOMAN (S.A. Amit) on his outside soon after the start.

Jockey M. Prabhakaran, the rider of IMPERIAL STAR was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to WELLINGTON (Arvind Kumar. N) on his inside passing the 1200 Metres.

An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Stewards into the interference caused by Jockey S. Saqlain, the rider of DONCASTER BELLE in the above race. In that he has come “in” sharply and caused very severe interference to the horses on his inside viz; “TURKOMAN” & “DOUBLE VISION” soon after the start, going further he has again allowed his mount to shift “in” causing interference to the horses on his inside viz; “SUPERCHARGE”, “NIGHT RAIDER” ,“AGERA” & “DR COLCHESTER”
before passing the red marker post.

Jockey S. Saqlain was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey S. Saqlain and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to charge Jockey S. Saqlain for Reckless Riding.

The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to S. Saqlain for three (3) race days of BSM 2025 i.e 05/07/2025, 06/07/2025 & 12/07/2025 and fine him a sum of Rs.20,000/- as he had pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Reckless Riding on his mount DONCASTER BELLE (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Stewards into the interference caused by Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of FINAL CALL in the above race. In that he has shifted 'in' and caused interference to the horses on his inside viz; "DONCASTER BELLE (S. Saqlain)" & "DIVINE PROTECTOR (A.Ramu)" passing the 1200 Metres, thereafter he restrained his mount, whereby the rider A. Ramu clipped his mount DIVINE PROTECTOR was totally unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount at about 1100 Metres.

Jockey Neeraj Rawal was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey Neeraj Rawal and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to charge Jockey Neeraj Rawal for Careless Riding.

The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Neeraj Rawal for two  (2)  race  days  of  BSM  2025  i.e.,05/07/2025 & 06/07/2025 as he had pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount FINAL CALL (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

DIVINE PROTECTOR (A.Ramu) sustained superficial clip injury on left achilles. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f DONCASTER BELLE.
