As the incident was accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident.

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of STENTORIAN was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing BRUCE ALMIGHTY (Mukesh Kumar) on his inside approaching 200 Metres.

Jockey Vivek.G, the rider of MONTERIO was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
