Racing Incidents

Trainer Mr. S.Shoban Babu was fined Rs.2,000/- for presenting his charge FORTUNATUS (Arjun) in the paddock without a Cross Nose Band for which prior permission was taken. Subsequently, Cross Nose Band was put on before the horse left the paddock.

SUPER MARVELLA (Darshan N) suddenly put its head towards the right as the gates opened and lost many lengths. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Neil B Devaney was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

Jockey P. Sai Kumar, the rider of THE STRIKINGLY had to steady his mount to avoid striking front runner SUPER SAPPHIRE (M. Prabhakaran) passing the 600 Metres.

It was reported after the race that GREY BEAUTY (C.Umesh) returned bleeding from both nostrils. Trainer Mr.James Mckeown was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g HIGH SPEED DIVE.
