FEELING GOOD (Vinod Shinde) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.V. Lokanath was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey K. Sai Kiran, the rider of SLICE OF LUCK placed 2nd by the judge objected against Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of FLAMING SWORD placed 1st for "In the last 400 Metres the winner interfered me badly, whereby I had to stop riding and lost 3 to 4 lengths which cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.

An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Stewards into the interference caused by Jockey K. Sai Kiran, the rider of SLICE OF LUCK in the above race. In that soon after jumping out he tightened FEMME FATALE (A.Ramu) and CHISOX (Anish Anamo Hangal) on his inside, thereafter he has shifted 'in' and caused severe interference to the horses on his inside viz; THUTMOSE (Shivam), which in turn passed it onto to ECLIPSE PULSE (Vivek.G) passing the 1000 Metres.

Jockey K. Sai Kiran was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey K. Sai Kiran and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to charge Jockey K. Sai Kiran for Careless Riding.

The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to K. Sai Kiran for two (2) race days of BSM 2025 i.e., 26/07/2025 & 27/07/2025 as he had pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount SLICE OF LUCK (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Stewards into the interference caused by Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of FLAMING SWORD in the above race. In that he shifted 'in' and caused severe interference to SLICE OF LUCK (K. Sai Kiran) approaching 350 Metres.

Jockey P. Trevor was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey P. Trevor and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to charge Jockey P. Trevor for Careless Riding.

The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to P. Trevor on 26/07/2025 as he had pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount FLAMING SWORD (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

An enquiry is being held into the relative performance of GLAZE (Rajesh Kumar M), trained by Mr. Narayana Gowda V. in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 41 i.e, The Aureole Time Plate - (About) 1200 metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 run on 01/06/2025 wherein it won.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g FLAMING SWORD.
