Racing Incidents

At the start, CHELSEA (App. Sonu Chouhan, dr.9) jumped, veered out and cut across ABHICANDRA (Nirmal Jodha) who had to be steadied. After the race on questioning, App. Sonu Chouhan stated that his mount veered out at the start and was inclined outwards in the straight. In view of the filly’s behavior, Trainer P. S. Chouhan has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.
 
Soon after the start, MOJO (Amyn Merchant) leaned in and brushed the haunches of SUSSING (S. A. Amit) thereafter SUSSING shifted out thereby carrying MOJO (Amyn Merchant) outwards onto BEE MAGICAL (Neeraj Rawal).
 
Soon after the start, DILIGENCE (P. Trevor) shifted in and went across BEE MAGICAL (Neeraj Rawal) and MOJO (Amyn Merchant) before crossing the red marker causing the latter to be steadied. Jockey P. Trevor has been severely reprimanded.
 
ABHICANDRA (Nirmal Jodha) was not galloping fluently and thereby trailed the field. On being subjected to veterinary examination the colt was found to be sore by right hind and has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
 
After the race, APPLAUSE & CHELSEA were trotted and found to be sound.
