Tr. Patrick Quinn when questioned, confirmed that the apprentice did not give any explanation for the way he rode his charge. Master Tr. Patrick Quinn was informed not to declare the apprentice in races till further notice and was also advised to ensure that his charges are ridden with purpose to achieve the best possible position in the race.
