Explanation of Jockey Surya Prakash (UNA PALOMA BLANCA) in the presence of Trainer M F Ali Khan that his mount has soft mouth and was also keen in the initial stages of the race and in trying to settle he was forced to check his mount in the process shifted in at about the 800 mtrs and caused interference to PEANUT (Mukesh Kumar) inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.2000/- for failing to exercise greater control over his mount.

Explanation of Jockey Santosh Raj N R (N R I RANGE) that his instructions were to sit close 2nd which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.

Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (OPERA QUEEN) was fined Rs.2000/- for dropping his hands in the final 300 mtrs for no apparent reason though on a beaten horse.
