Explanation of Jockey Surya Prakash (LINDA) that his mount took an awkward jump in the process losing about 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter got keen at about the 1200 mtrs and in trying to settle the filly, it veered out, inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was severely cautioned to exercise greater control over his mount in future. 
 
Explanation of Jockey P. Sai Kumar (BRILLIANT LAD) in the presence of Trainer Laxman Singh that his instructions were to sit close 3rd/4th which he tried to follow until entering the straight and in the straight when asked for an effort, his mount ran erratic in the process shifted out in the final 200 mtrs inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above opined that his charge ran to its potential was noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (FEDERER) that his mount was hanging out in the process shifted out passing the 700 mtrs and forcing out BRILLIANT LAD (P. Sai Kumar) inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 2000/- for shifting out and forcing out BRILLIANT LAD (P. Sai Kumar) at about the 700 mtrs.
