HOPING HIGH (App. Shivansh) was observed to be suffering from colic, as such the colt was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
 
BLUE BRIGADE (Kuldeep Singh (Sr) took a high jump in the process losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
 
Explanation of Jockey Deepak Singh (ILENE) in the presence of Trainer R H Sequeira that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race and in the process veered out in the straight 8 to10 horses wide resulting in taking the ground of N R I STAR ( H M Akshay) at about the 200 mtrs thereafter shifted out further, causing inconvenience to CAPE MAY ( Md. Ekram Alam) at about the 150 mtrs inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.2000/- for failing to exercise greater control over his mount in the straight. The Trainer was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
Jockey Abhay Singh (EXPONENT) was fined Rs.5000/- for excessive and improper use of the whip.
 
Jockey Md. Ekram Alam (CAPE MAY) reported that his mount ran erratic throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer L D Silva was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
Explanation of Jockey Santosh Raj N R (BALAHAKA) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop for greater part of the race inspite of his best efforts and also found to be scratchy was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.5000/- for tender handling of his mount in the straight.
 
Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (BLUE BRIGADE) that he was denied for the room at about the 400 mtrs as such he was unable to ride out his mount to complete advantage between 400 to 300 mtrs was noted.
 
Veterinary examination of BALAHAKA (Santosh Raj) revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer N. Rawal was fined Rs.2000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.
