Explanation of Jockey Gaurav Singh (DECEMBER DREAM) that his mount was slowly off, losing about 4 or 5 lengths and thereafter his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted.

Jockey P. Trevor (TURIYA) was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting in at about the 700 mtrs in the process causing interference to GOLDEN UNICORN (Surya Prakash) racing on the rails.

Explanation of Jockey H M Akshay (N R I RANGE) that his instructions were to sit up with the field,  but due to fast initial pace he could not sit up and in the straight he did his best was not accepted and the Jockey was fined a sum of Rs.5000/- for tender handling of his mount in the straight.

Veterinary examination of N R I RANGE (H M Akshay) revealed that though the gelding sustained cut injury over left fore outer coronet, was trotting sound, but has sharp molars on both sides.
