EXOTIC STAR (K. Pranil, dr.1) was reluctant to be stalled. As such, Trainer S. Waheed has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

BALENO (Bhawani Singh, dr.8) lost about a length at the start.

At the start, ZARKAN (D. R. Shubham, dr.5) jumped outwards onto MAGICAL STAR (A. Sandesh, dr.6) who had to be steadied.

Approaching the 150 metres, EXOTIC STAR (K. Pranil) leaned out thereby carrying LORD MURPHY (Antony Raj S.) outwards.

Jockey Bhawani Singh. (BALENO) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his first offence during the current Pune Meeting 2025, he has been fined Rs.3,000/-.

After the race, Jockey Santosh G. (CONTINENTAL DRIFT) reported that his mount was inclined outwards throughout the race, despite his efforts. Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.

After the race, ZARKAN was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not permitted to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. As such, the mare has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.

After the race, COIN EMPRESS was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and was found to be sore by right fore. As such, the mare has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.

After the race, the V. O. reported the following:

COIN EMPRESS was observed to have an injury on its right hind fetlock

LORD MURPHY, MAGICAL STAR & CONTINENTAL DRIFT were trotted and found to be sound

The Equine Hospital reported that EXOTIC STAR had a right eye injury (sore) with ulcer.
