Racing Incidents

Explanation of Jockey P. Ajeet Kumar (D MINCHU) in the presence of Trainer A Vatsalya that his instructions were to position his mount 4th/5th which he tried to follow until entering into straight and at about the 500 mtrs he was blocked for an opening as such he could not ride out his mount momentarily and thereafter he did  his best but his mount did not show any turn of foot inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded to make more determined efforts to follow the given instructions.   
 
However, Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar was fined Rs.5000/- for shifting out while negotiating the final bend in the process forcing out MAVERICK (Kuldeep Singh (Sr) and BROOKLYN BEAUTY (Gaurav Singh) and thereafter shifting out again at about the 250 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to MAVERICK (Kuldeep Singh (Sr).
 
HUGH CAPET (Akshay Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.
