Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali was fined Rs.10,000/- for having declared his charge MNEMOSYNE (K. Sai Kiran) to run in the above race when it was under treatment. Subsequently, permission was granted to him to withdraw it from the above race.

Jockey V.R.Jagadeesh, the rider of ALLEGRO DANCE was fined Rs.3,000/- for not being alert at the start and not making sufficient effort to improve his position till about 500 Metres.

An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of STEFFEN in the above race. In that he shifted ‘in’ and caused interference to SOLARA (Vivek.G) on his inside, whereby KHAZANA (Antony Raj S.) which was travelling directly behind also had to be checked by its rider passing the 1000 Metres.

Jockey L. Alex Rozario was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey L. Alex Rozario and after viewing the CCTV replay, they decided to charge Jockey L. Alex Rozario for Careless Riding.
 
The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to L. Alex Rozario on 22/11/2025 as he had pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount STEFFEN (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

Jockey Vivek.G, the rider of SOLARA reported that his mount was hanging 'in' from the 300 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
