FOREVER ROYAL (G. Praveen) took a fly jump at the Start.

Jockey Laxman Singh, the rider of CHOTIPARI was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to LARSON (V.R.Jagadeesh) on his inside passing the 1400 Metres.

It was observed that LARSON (V.R.Jagadeesh) accidentally stumbled passing the 1350 Metres.

It was observed that CHOTIPARI (Laxman Singh) accidentally brushed the running rails passing the 1000 Metres.

Jockey G. Praveen, the rider of FOREVER ROYAL reported that his mount was not galloping fluently in the final 200 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary  examination  but  no  abnormality  was  reported.  Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi and Jockey P. Trevor were questioned regarding the running and riding of LARISSA in the above race.

The trainer stated as follows:

1) His charge LARISSA was running for the first time with the Blinkers and that his charge got keen right from the Start.

2) In his opinion, the pair of blinkers not did not suit his charge and could be the reason for his charge running very keen right from the start of the race itself and despite the best efforts by his rider to restrain from hitting the front, his charge found itself in front till about the 1300 Metres.

3) Thereafter his mount continued to race keenly in 2nd position till about entering the Straight. His charge hit the front but could not hold on to win the race.

4) He also stated that he is planning to run his charge in the 1000 Guineas and is thinking of removing the Blinkers.

The Jockey corroborated the statements of the trainer and their explanations were noted for the future reference.
