ALLEGRO DANCE (V.R.Jagadeesh) jumped out awkwardly, at the Start.

Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of JADE MOUNTAIN was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing JOLIE'S STAR (Darshan R.N), which in turn passed it onto KHAZANA (Antony Raj S.) passing the 200 Metres due to which Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of JOLIE'S STAR, had to steady his mount and further shift out, thereby inconveniencing ALLEGRO DANCE (V.R.Jagdeesh), on his inside, approaching 1100 Metres.

It was observed that JOLIE'S STAR (Darshan R.N) accidentally brushed the running rails passing the 750 Metres.

It was observed that POLITESSE (Darshan N) was hanging 'in' after entering the straight. Trainer Mr.Prasanna Kumar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey V.R.Jagdeesh, the rider of ALLEGRO DANCE was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali and Jockey Akshay Kumar were questioned regarding running and riding of CELESTRIA in the above race.

The trainer stated that:
a)    It was very first run of its career; it s a big made horse, so he had instructed the Jockey to sit wherever he is comfortable and do his best in straight.
b)    As per his instructions it was there and there only, till after entering the straight, and after entering the Straight, it responded to the rider’s urgings and ran on strongly to finished a good 3rd.

The Jockey while corroborating the statements of the trainer, added that soon after the start, his mount was scared and took time to gallop, thereafter, he tapped the horse to alert it & was running there and there only and thereafter, it warmed up after entering the straight and came into its stride and finished a good 3rd.

Their explanations were noted for future reference.

CELESTRIA (Akshay Kumar) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of ALLEGRO DANCE, trained by Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi and ridden by Jockey V.R.Jagadeesh in the above race.
 
Surprise sample was taken for analysis from ch c CELESTRIA.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g ROCKING STAR.
