Jockey K. Sai Kiran replaced the indisposed Jockey Akshay Kumar on MUTUAL TRUST.

Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of THESSALIAN was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to AQUAMATIC (Salman Khan) on his inside soon after the start.

Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of FLAMING SWORD was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to ZIVA (Pavan) due to which Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of THESSALIAN, which was travelling directly behind, had to check his mount passing the 600 Metres.
 
Jockey Mustakim Alam, the rider of GODDESS OF WAR was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort to improve his position till about 500 Metres.

It was observed that GODDESS OF WAR (Mustakim Alam) clipped the heels of the front runner THESSALIAN (Vinod Shinde) and stumbled passing the 450 Metres.

Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of THESSALIAN was reprimanded for shifted 'in' and inconveniencing ZIVA (Pavan) on his inside passing the 200 Metres.

THESSALIAN (Vinod Shinde) sustained superficial clip injury on left hock.

Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was questioned regarding running of ROYAL DECCAN in the above race.

The trainer stated that:
1)    His charge had a tendon problem & tieback surgery;
2)    The only work given to his charge is swimming and trotting;
3)    His charge has been running after 1 ½ months, so it was not at its peak fitness;
4)    His charge needs to be raced frequently to maintain its fitness;
5)    The change of Jockey from Aleemuddin to Antony Raj.S also helped as the latter is a much stronger rider.

His explanations were noted for future reference.

An  enquiry  is  being  held  into  the  running  and  riding of GLORIOUSNESS, trained by Mr. S. Narredu and ridden by Jockey Darshan R.N in the above race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g ROYAL DECCAN.
