ZAMBEZI was slow to begin.

DON’TSTOPTHEMUSIC veered out to the outer rails from about the 300 metres and continued to do so till the concluding stages of the race in spite of the Jockey’s best efforts. Jockey A A Vikrant reported that he rode out his mount without his left rein for this reason. Tr. Sabeel Shariff was advised to take appropriate remedial measures.

Jockey A A Vikrant (DON’TSTOPTHEMUSIC) was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/- for excessive use of the whip (1st infringement) on his mount.

Jockey Gaurav Singh (BLUE GOD) was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/- for excessive use of the whip on his mount (2nd infringement).
