Racing Incidents

Jockey Shivam (JAAT HERO) was reprimanded for shifting OUTat about 200 meters and thereafter shifting in under use of whip.

Jockey K Narender Kr. (GALWAY BAY) was severely reprimandedforshifting IN at about 1200 meters inconveniencing SENOR (S G Prasad) and JAAT HERO (Shivam).

On being questioned about riding of Faizan Khan on NIZBATI WARRIOR Trainer S M Abbas stated that he had instructedthe jockeyto sit 4th/5thand do his best in the straight, he stated that the rider shouldhave being more vigorous in his riding effort in the concluding stage of the race. Jockey confirmed the instruction given and stated that he has done his best but the horse was not responding. Not beingsatisfied with his explanation,he was fined Rs. 15,000/-for unsatisfactory riding.

On request of TrainerK P Singh, post-raceEndoscopy of JAAT HERO was performedand no abnormality was detected.

Veterinary examination of JAAT HERO & SENORrevealed noapparent abnormality.
