UNA PALOMA BLANCA (Suraya Prakash) dropped back from about the 300 mtrs whilst travelling in front and finished the course distance behind.
 
Explanation of Jockey Neeraj Rawal (BLUE PANTHERESS) in the presence of Trainer G. Shashikanth that his instructions were to position close with front runners but his mount jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths as such he could not position his mount as instructed and in the straight when asked for efforts, his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the straght inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.5000/- for tender handling of his mount for greater part of the race.
 
Explanation of Jockey B R Kumar (FIRST LADY) that his saddle moved to one side from about the 1200 mtrs and thereafter he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the explanation of Jockey was taken.  Trainer D. Netto was however, fined a sum of Rs. 2000/- for negligence in saddling of his charge, whose saddle moved to one side during the running of the race.
 
Explanation of Trainer Magan Singh with regard to inconsistent running of his charge CATCHME IF YOU CAN (Mukesh Kumar) winner of the race who finished sixth in the previous run that his charge in the previous run met super set of horses and also drawn 10 as compared to this race, where his charge met a weaker set and Jockey could position his charge well up and just managed to win the race. The Trainer further added that his charge has beaten all the common runners on both occasions. The Trainer opined that his charge ran to her potential and he has not fancied his charge but given her a chance was noted for future reference.
 
Veterinary examination of BLUE PANTHERESS (Neeraj Rawal) revealed that though the mare was trotting sound but has a sharp molars on both sides. Trainer G. Shashikanth was fined Rs.1,000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.
