At the start, CLETUS (M. B. Qureshi) was slowly away.

Three objections were lodged against the winner ASHWA GAJRAJ (Sameer Qureshi). First objection was lodged by Jockey Faizan Khan (BLACK RAINSTORM) for coming IN sharply, bumping & crossing badly in between 400 to 350 meters, due to which his mount who was in full gallop, broke its strides and he had to check his mount who literally lost its pace and that cost him a certain place.

Second objection was lodged by Jockey Mohit Singh (POLY CZAR) for in a chain reaction caused by the winner who was travelling behind BLACK RAINSTORM, who shifted IN badly on to rails, and resulting in blocking his path fully and he was not able to ride out freely in 400 meters to 350 meters and that cost him a certain place.

Third objection was lodged by Jockey M. B. Qureshi (CLETUS) for bumping his mount from 1000 meters to 700 meters due to which his mount got totally disbalanced and later it refused to respond to his call and that cost him a certain race.

The Stewards interviewed the jockey concerned, watched replay of the race and after considering submission made by the Stipendiary Stewards decided to overrule the objection and maintain order of placing as declared by the judge.

After the last race, Jockey Sameer Qureshi (ASHWA GAJRAJ) was reported to the Stewards for careless riding.

The Stewards interviewed Jockey Sameer Qureshi wherein he admitted his mistake and after considering submission made by the Stipendiary Stewards held him guilty of Careless Riding and decided to suspend his jockey license for 4 days. His license shall remain suspended for first four days if the Stewards grant him a jockey license for season 2026-27.

An enquiry has been opened into improved performance of ASHWA GAJRAJ.
