At the start, MASTER BOMBER (K. Nazil) was slowly away.

On being questioned regarding running and riding of b.h NIZBATI MALANG, Trainer Raj Kumar Saini stated that he had instructed the jockey to sit 3rd/4th and do his best in the straight,however he was not satisfied with his riding in the straightwherein he opted to travel from outside inspite of getting a clear run from the inner rails. Jockey Abdul Fazal corroborated with the instructions given and stated that his mounttook asluggishstart and thereafter was inclined to hang in throughout the race. Not being satisfied with their explanationsan enquiry has been opened into the running & riding of NIZBATI MALANG.

Jockey K Nazil (MASTER BOMBER) reported that he was travelling comfortably till 400 m and thereafter as he whipped the horse from right his mount swayed to the left and stopped galloping. He felt the horse was very uncomfortable hence he stopped riding as such the horse could not cross the finish line.

After the race, b.h MASTER BOMBERwas found to be lame by its right hind leg. Trainer S. M. Abbas hasbeen asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.

Veterinary examination of NIZBATI MALANG revealed no apparent abnormality.
