Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was fined Rs.10,000/- for having accepted his charge (WHITE SECRET) to run in the above race as it did not complete the recommended withdrawal period for the treatment done & the horse was withdrawn.

Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colors at the scales in respect of his charge (MYSTICAL QUEEN). Subsequently All Black emergency colors were permitted to be used.

The bridle fastened on ZAYANA (Pavan) was readjusted at the starting gate. However, Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was cautioned and also fined Rs.10,000/- for his negligence duties as a trainer under Rule No. 114 (b) (i) of the B.T.C. Rules of Racing.

MERICLE BEAUTY (Kiran Rai P) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. G. Y. Rajesh Babu was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

RISING FORM (J. Chinoy) threw its head up immediately soon after the start.

TYAARAA (Antony Raj S.) got squeezed between RISING FORM (J. Chinoy) and N R I MILLENNIUM (Arshad Alam) soon after the start.

Jockey Asirvatham, the rider of MYSTICAL QUEEN was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' sharply and causing interference to JOLIE'S STAR (P. Mani) on his inside, which in turn passed it onto N R I MILLENNIUM (Arshad Alam) and ZAYANA (Pavan) on his inside approaching Red Marker Post.

Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of TYAARAA reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have ulcer on left oral commissure. Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was informed to take remedial measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of DR. COLCHESTER reported that he accidently lost his whip passing the 350 Meters.
