Trainer Mr. M. Rajendra Singh was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colors at the scales in respect of his charge (FEMME FATALE). Subsequently, All Black emergency colors were permitted to be used.
 
Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of ADORNMENT reported that the saddle on his mount shifted back soon after the start as such he could not offer any assistance throughout the race. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr.Darius R. Byramji was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling of his charge.

Jockey G. Praveen, the rider of GLAZE was questioned in the presence of trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V. regarding his handling of his mount throughout the race.

Jockey stated as follows:

a)    His instructions were to take a good jump, sit in mid bunch and do his best in the straight.

b)    His mount started leaning inwards; thereafter he was unable to improve his position.

Not being satisfied with the explanations tendered by the Jockey, he was severely reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

Jockey A.Ramu, the rider of HUSHED was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

It was observed that JOYFUL SPIRIT (R. Vaibhav) not galloping fluently, after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. G. Y. Rajesh Babu was ensure better performance of his charge in future.
