Jockey D. Patel, the rider of BRAVE HEART was fined Rs.1,000/- shifting 'in' and causing interference to COUNTRY'S MCQUEEN (Antony Raj S.) on his inside at the start.

Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of NIMBUS SPEED was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and taking out COUNTRY'S MCQUEEN (Antony Raj S.) on his outside soon after the start.

Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi and Jockey P. Trevor were questioned regarding running and riding of BUREVESTNIK in the above race.
 
Jockey stated that:-

1)    His mount was very keen and full of running when at a crucial stage & asked for an effort it did not pick up;

2)    When other horse came along side, his mount shied inwards & finished a good 3rd.

The trainer corroborated the statements of the Jockey and added that this was only the second run of his life. He also stated that the horse could be given sufficient time before its next run with a pair of blinkers.

Therefore, their explanations were noted for future reference.

It was reported after the race that BUREVESTNIK (P. Trevor) had apparently lost its left hind shoe during the race.

BUREVESTNIK (P. Trevor) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Surprise sample was taken for analysis from b c BUREVESTNIK.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f DEEP RESPECT.
