Jockey Antony Raj S. replaced the indisposed jockey P.Trevor on ASTERION.

TREASURE QUEEN (A.Ashhad Asbar) bolted on the way to the saddling yard galloped over 800 metres on inner sand track and on tar road. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds at 2:42 p.m. before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

HONEYPOT (Rajesh Kumar M) took a fly jump.

Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of SHINING PEARL which began slowly reported that the saddle shifted back after the start. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr Azhar Ali was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling of his charge.

Shortly after the start ASSURANCES (Suraj Narredu) shifted in, causing VIBRANT QUEEN (L. Alex Rozario) to be eased which then threw its head in the air.
 
Nearing 700 meters VIBRANT QUEEN (L. Alex Rozario) shifted "in" and inconvenienced HONEYPOT (Rajesh Kumar M) and STEELY CHALLENGE (K. Sai Kiran).

It was reported after the race ASSURANCES (Suraj Narredu) had apparently lost its right fore shoe during the race.

At the request of trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu, endoscopy was performed ASSURANCES (Suraj Narredu) and found to have burst its blood vessels (Grade - III). Trainer was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Surprise sample was taken for analysis from ch f ASSURANCES.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g NIGHT RAIDER.
