Due to the condition of the racing surface and with safety in mind. Riders in this race proceeded to the starting post in an anticlockwise direction.

RISING FORM (Neeraj Rawal) jumped out awkwardly and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behavior, Trainer Mr. Imtiaz Khan was informed not to  accept  with  it  again  until  its  behavior  improved  to  the  satisfaction  of  the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Shortly  after  the  start  RANSOMWARE  (Rajesh  Kumar  M)  shifted  "in"  which resulted in SLING SHOT (Faizan Khan) moving inward tightening DIESEL (A. Sandesh) on to JOLIE'S STAR (Antony Raj S.), as a result AD MELIORA (A.A. Vikrant) checked and bumped WAKIZASHI (Mukesh Kumar (BTC)). An enquiry  was  held  into  the  incident  and  jockey  Rajesh  Kumar  M.  was  found guilty to a charge of Careless riding under Rule No. 161(i) and was suspended from riding in races for four(4) race days i.e. 27/6/26 to 5/7/26 (both days inclusive). He was informed of his right to appeal.

Approaching 1000 meters DIESEL (A. Sandesh) shifted "in" causing WHITNEY (Rayan Ahmed R.) to ease and continued inwards causing AD  MELIORA (A.A.  Vikrant)  to  be  checked. Jockey A.  Sandesh, the rider  of  DIESEL was fined Rs. 3,000/- and was warned  a repetition would lead to to a suspension.

Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of WHITNEY was sanctioned for raising his whip above shoulder level and warned a repetition to suspension.

WAKIZASHI  was  subjected  to  veterinary  examination.  On  examination was trotting sound. AD  MELIORA was  subjected  to  veterinary  examination.  On examination  was found to have clip injury on right hind tendon and sustained superficial injury on right hind fetlock, trotting sound.

SLING SHOT (Faizan Khan) was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination was found to have clip injury on left hock and sustained superficial injury on right hind pastern and left hind fetlock, trotting sound.

Jockey Anthony Raj S and Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas were questioned as to the improved performance of JOLIE's STAR as opposed to the previous start
on 16th May, 2026 when the mare finished 8th in similar company over the same distance.

Trainer stated as follows :-

That the jockey has been riding the mare in morning trackwork and informed that the mare was not picking up the bit and advised a bit lifter to change the mare's attitude. This was confirmed by the jockey as well.

Also, in the jockey's opinion, 1400 meters is a distance that suits the mare. The trainer also added , that he feels the 4 week space between the
runs was better for the mare than the 2 week gap between runs on 1/5/2026 - 16/05/2026.

Trainer's explanation was noted for future references.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f 4 JOLIE'S STAR.
