Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi to withdraw CARTER (Vishal) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame right fore. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Neil B Devaney was fined Rs.2,000/- for obtaining prior permission for the use of "Hood" on his charge SHOCK AND AWE (Darshan R.N) and not presenting the same. Subsequently, the "Hood" was put on before the horse left paddock.

SHOCK AND AWE (Darshan R.N) was withdrawn before coming under starter's order as the mare was fractious and refused to remain inside the stall. Trainer Mr.Neil B Devaney was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

BLUE SAINT (Salman Khan) was slowly away and threw its head in the air thereby losing ground. Kiran Rai P, the rider of ART OF ROMANCE was reprimanded and was told to put more vigour into his riding.

Salman Khan, the rider of BLUE SAINT was reprimanded and told to put more vigour into his riding. Trainer Praveen Jesu of QUEEN MAXIMA was questioned regarding the running. He stated that:

1.    The mare is not ideally suite to racing over a mile, In his opinion her ideal racing distance is between 1200 and 1400 meters.

2.    He stated taht the decision to fit "Blinkers" proved beneficial, as the mare broke well from the gates and appeared comfortable throughout the race. He was pleased with the manner in which she rtan.

3.    Trainer Praveen Jesu stated that prior to coming under his care, the mare had not been proficient at jumping from the stalls.

4.    He stated that indiacted that he may consider running the amre in shorter distance races in the future.

An enquiry was held into the riding of SUPERNAL trained by Mr.G.Y.Rajesh Babu and ridden by Jockey Rushal G.A, in the above race.
 
LEX LUTHOR (Antony Raj S.) was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination it was found to have sustained injury on left hind cannon.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f STELLA MARIS.
