Racing Incidents

Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was questioned as to why ASHWA NEW YORK had not been weighed on the saddling area scales. He said that she was fractious and not co-operative, ASHWA NEW YORK was removed from the parade ring and weighed at 421 kgs. Mr. Rajesh Narredu was informed to ensure all his runners are weighed in future.
The start of this race was delayed 3 minutes due to RAMPAGE being re-saddled. SINDOOR (Antony Raj S.) jumped "inwards".

ASHWA NEW YORK (Suraj Narredu) walked out of the gates and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

SHINING PATH (Akshay Kumar) was inclined to lay "out" from 800 meters till the winning post.

XANTHOS (Darshan R.N) raced greenly throughout. It was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. On 28/06/2026, subsequent examination was conducted, and it was reported that XANTHOS had suffered an injury to the left shin.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c RAMPAGE.
