Racing Incidents

LASHKA (P. Trevor) and N R I SUPERPOWER (B R Kumar) jumped out slowly in the process lost about 1 or 2 lengths respectively.
 
Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (ONE N ONLY) that his instructions were to sit up with the field, but as his mount did not shown any initial speed, he could not follow the instructions and  his mount gained ground gradually in the straight inspite of his best efforts was noted for future reference.
 
Jockeys Md. Ekram Alam (VIVALDO) and B R Kumar (N R I SUPERPOWER) were severely reprimanded to be more vigorous in their efforts in the initial stages of the race to be well up with the field.
 
MAGNUM (B. Nikhil) broke down in the final 100 mtrs resulting in Jockey being dislodged from the mount. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding collapsed and died.
