Racing Incidents

Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar P was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/- for his negligence in discharge of his duties as a trainer wherein he failed to produce a valid glanders certificate for his charge PROKOFIEV (S Antony Raj) after having declared to Start in the above Race. Subsequently, permission was granted to him to withdraw PROKOFIEV from the above race.

ECHOES OF TIME (P Trevor) slightly stumbled soon after the start.

Jockey P Trevor, the rider of ECHOES OF TIME reported that his mount was making a roaring noise from the 700 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On Endoscopy after the Race, it was found to have Grade – II paralysis on left arytenoid cartilage. Trainer Mr. Aravind G was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g EFFICACY.
