Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to withdraw SMILES OF FORTUNE on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from laminitis. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge COEUR DE LION in the above race (First Infringement).

It was observed that Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the rider of MIND GAMES had to ride his mount in check between the 1100 Metres and the 900 Metres due to closely packed field.

Jockey Mohd Talib, the rider of GOLD KITE was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and tightening CONSTANT VARIABLE (C Umesh) on his inside approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey S. Imran, the rider of SINGER SARGENT was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

VANDHIYATHEVAN (Jitendra Singh) sustained small injury on right hind pastern.

Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m GOLD KITE.
