Racing Incidents

BLACKSTONE was very fractious during loading in the process the chin strap of the bridle broke. As there was insufficient time to replace the same, the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. Tr. Rutherford Alford has been advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial.

Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of ROCK BANK, was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/- for excessive use of the whip (1st infringement).
